From 2 to 10 March 2024, between Biella and Canavese, the third edition of the Alchèmica Festival will take place, which will represent an important celebration of female gastronomic culture, with over 70 protagonists of taste.

Events include cooking workshops, guided tastings, conferences and thematic dinners, with a focus on promoting sustainability, inclusion and gender equality in the food sector.

The rich program, among others, includes the following activities:

- alchèmica academy: gastronomic culture seminars;

- alchèmica travel: naturalistic, cultural and gastronomic itineraries;

- widespread tastes: visits, purchases, tastings, lunches, snacks, dinners with the Protagonists of Taste;

- alchèmica gourmet: moments of gastronomic beauty proposed by the cooks and chefs.
