Weekend between art and nature in the Biellese!

The tour will begin with a guided visit to the exhibition-event Uplands & Icons, dedicated to the photography of Steve McCurry, in the setting of Palazzo Gromo Losa and Palazzo Ferrero, historical places in the village of Piazzo. This will be followed by an aperitif in a bistrot and dinner in Piazzo's characteristic restaurant.

The following day will continue with an itinerary immersed in nature, on the paths of The Walk, the itinerary that starts from the eco-museum of the Baragge in Cossato and celebrates the union between nature and contemporary art.

The lunch at an agritourism will be followed by a guided tour at the Montecavallo Castle. A wine tasting will not be missing!

PROGRAMME

1° day

Arrival in Biella. Guided visit to the exhibition Uplands & Icons, dedicated to the works of internationally renowned photographer Steve McCurry, in the setting of the historic buildings in the Piazzo village. Followed by an aperitif in a bistrot and dinner in a characteristic restaurant in the village.

Overnight stay in a hotel.

2nd day

Arrival in Cossato. Starting from the Baragge Ecomuseum, you will visit the nature and culture trail of the ‘The Walk’ project, which celebrates the combination of the characteristic landscape of the Biella area's Baraggia with contemporary art.

After lunch at an agritourism, the day will end with a guided tour, combined with a wine tasting, at the Montecavallo Castle in Vigliano Biellese, a historic local winery.
