B(I)er Tour | Weekend in Biella between historic and modern breweries

A weekend in the Biella area to savor the variety of its beer tradition! Get ready for an itinerary in which lunches and dinners will have beer as the lowest common denominator!
The water, which in the Biella area has the ideal characteristics for the production of beer, will be an integral part of this itinerary, which will start with a guided tour of the Sanctuary of Oropa, a UNESCO heritage site, after which you will travel along a part of the so-called \" Passeggiata dei Preti”, to also tell about the Oropa stream and its waters.
We will stop in the city of Biella where, before a guided tour of the historic center, we will discover a museum dedicated to beer production.
The itinerary will then continue in Valle Cervo, with a visit to the historic village of Rosazza and a story of the valley, to then end in Valle Elvo, another very important source of Biella waters, where a tasting in a tap room will not be missing!
