Description
Ferrua 1842, coffee and pastry bar was opened in Biella way back in 1842 at the dawn of the unification of Italy. It was later completely renovated in 1911, of which it still boasts the complete furnishings in full Italian Art Nouveau style. Today it is a charming place, specialized in chocolate-based preparations, small pastries and with a large list of Vermouths, around 25, including the historic Vermouth di Torino Rosso Ferrua 1842, recently recovered from an ancient recipe. The quality of Vermouth-based aperitifs such as the Negroni and the Americano stands out thanks also to a dedicated gastronomic offer.
