Slow Food Travel Montagne Biellesi is a Slow Food project that focuses on food and local production, proposing travel experiences consistent with the philosophy of ‘good, clean and fair’.  The producers, restaurants and guest houses that are part of it (47 in 2023) are intertwined with the cultural sites of the Biellese Museum Network (30 in 2023), for the growth of a sustainable tourism that accompanies the visitor in the discovery of food, the people who produce it and the distinctive places of the Biellese landscapes.

The Rete Museale Biellese (Biellese Museum Network) and the Slow Food Travel Montagne Biellesi community reweave and interweave the territory’s material and immaterial heritage into a new fabric of relationships, oriented towards a sustainable tourism that accompanies visitors in their discovery of authentic landscapes, places, people and products.
